We only ship watchbands to every state in the USA, and Canada. All orders received on a business day before 3:00 PM US Mountain Time (22:00 GMT) are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. If the item is out of stock or back-ordered, you will be notified via E-Mail. Your order will be shipped once payment is approved and the billing/shipping street address and zip code are verified with your credit card company. For yours and ours protection, orders must be shipped to your billing or a verifiable (on file at your bank) alternate shipping address. Please notify your credit card company of this alternate shipping address prior to placing your order - it will save us all a lot of time and shipment will be made much faster.
All orders are handled by UPS with free e-mail tracking notification and an optional fee based signature required service.
Our shipping carriers will deliver only to a physical street address, no PO Box or an APO/FPO deliveries are possible, because UPS can't deliver there.
Discounted shipping rates are:
GROUND 1-5 business days (Contiguous US) - $9.95, and FREE for order over $200.00
TWO business days (US only) - $25.00, and FREE for orders over $500.00
NEXT business day (US only) - $35.00, and FREE for orders over $1000.00
Please note, that especially during the holiday season, the only service and delivery time guaranteed is NEXT BUSINESS DAY AIR Shipping. All other shipping services delivery dates and times are approximate and we are not held responsible for miss delivery on the part of the shipper.If a shipping address error was made on the order form, and the package needs to be re-routed, there will be a $10.00 address correction fee charged to the customer. Please, check your billing and shipping addresses very carefully.

Colorado residents are charged 4.1% state sales tax. Denver residents are also charged 3.62% city sales tax. We do NOT collect taxes for any other cities, states or countries.
Canadian customers, will have to pay an import duty fee imposed by your country's customs office, as you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs forms for all international packages list the value and the product type. You may hire your own broker or have UPS brokerage assist in this process. In case you accept the package and do not pay, we will charge your card for all the fees imposed by the carrier in your country.

Special Order Merchandise - items that are not normally stocked by us or quantities larger than 3 of any one item , but available from the distributor and
we would be happy to bring it in at customer's written/verbal request or by placing a web order for item marked "special order".
We will notify, within 24 hours, on how long it would be before item will ship. You will be charged for this item as soon as we placed the order with factory or distributor.
Some special order items are made for each customer and may take 30 to 60 days to produce, plus delivery time.
Special Order Merchandise has a 15 day return privilege but with a 25% re-stocking fee.
WatchBandsOnLine.com tries to satisfy every client and if, for some reason, you are not completely happy with your band purchase, we extend a fifteen (15) day return privilege. Please follow these simple guidelines to speed up this transaction:
ANY REFUSED PACKAGES WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM US WILL BE DISCARDED, AND NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.
Before returning an item, you must contact us first by an e-mail at Returns for a Return Authorization number.
WE WILL REFUSE ACCEPTANCE OF ANY PACKAGES WITHOUT A PRIOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, ISSUED FROM US, AND WRITTEN CLEARLY ON THE PACKAGE! (RA#_____)
The bands to be returned must be in the same brand new and unworn condition with all original packaging and pins (if were supplied). "New and unworn" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the band or clasp; there are absolutely no signs of attempts to put it on the watch, being sized or altered in any way. This is a very important provision of our policy and we are very firm about it, because we do not resell used (even slightly) products, only 100% new genuine bands. It takes approximately 2-3 days to process your refund once the band is back in our possession.
If you would like to RETURN an item for credit - we will refund full purchase price of the item(s), less original shipping, handling and processing costs (a minimum return fee of $15.00 applies).
If you would like to EXCHANGE for a different size or product - minimum return fee will be waved, you will only pay for a new shipping and a price difference, if applies. Returns must be sent back prepaid with original receipt; and we recommend a traceable and insurable shipping method offered by major shippers. It is very unsafe to send it back in a stamped envelope without tracking or signature service.
