About Us



We ship watchbands to every state in the USA , Canada and some select countries. All orders received on a business day before 13:00 (1:00 PM) US Mountain Time (20:00 GMT) are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If the item is out of stock or back-ordered, you will be notified via E-Mail. You will not be charged until we have your band/item in stock and it is ready to ship. Your order will be shipped once payment is approved and the billing/shipping street address and zip code are verified with your credit card company. For yours and ours protection, orders must be shipped to your billing or a verifiable (on file at your bank) alternate shipping address.

Most orders are handled by USPS with free e-mail tracking notification and full value insurance.

Discounted shipping rates are:

FIRST-CLASS MAIL 2-5 DAYS (Contiguous US) - only $2.95, and FREE for orders over $99
PRIORITY MAIL 2-3 DAYS (US only) - only $4.95
EXPRESS MAIL 1-2 DAYS (US only) - only $25.00
PRIORITY to CANADA 2-4 DAYS - only $25.00

Please note, that especially during the holiday season, the only service and delivery time guaranteed is NEXT DAY AIR Shipping. All other shipping services delivery dates and times are approximate and we are not held responsible for miss delivery on the part of the shipper.
Shipments to APO/FPO can not be guaranteed for ANY delivery time and there is NO tracking ability.


Colorado residents are charged 4.1% state sales tax. Denver residents are also charged 3.62% city sales tax. We do NOT collect taxes for any other cities, states or countries.

Foreign customers, will have to pay an import duty fee or VAT Tax imposed by your country's customs office, as you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your local Post Office will inform you of that amount before delivery is done. Customs forms for all international packages list the value and the product type.

The Fair Credit Billing Act states that you cannot be held liable by your bank for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges on your credit card. We are so confident in our security that if you are held liable for any part of the $50.00, we guarantee to cover that amount, up to the full $50.00. We will cover this liability only when fraudulent use of your credit card came as a result of transactions made at WatchBandsOnLine.com, through no fault of your own. You must contact and notify your credit card company immediately in the event of fraudulent use of your credit card, following their rules and procedures.
All online transactions and all your credit card information provided on our site are protected with 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption and monitored daily by certificate provider. We request information from the customer on our order form. A customer must provide contact information (such as name, email, and billing/shipping address and valid phone number) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date, and security code). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user. Once the order is processed the order form is SHREDDED!

Special Order Merchandise - items that are not normally stocked by us or quantities larger than 3 of any one item , but available from the distributor and we would be happy to bring it in at customer's written/verbal request or by placing a web order for item marked "special order". We will notify, within 24 hours, on how long it would be before item will ship. You will be charged for this item as soon as we placed the order with factory or distributor. Some special order items are made for each customer and may take 30 to 60 days to produce, plus delivery time.
Special Order Merchandise has a 15 day return privilege but with a 25% re-stocking fee.


WatchBandsOnLine.com tries to satisfy every client and if, for some reason, you are not completely happy with your band purchase, we extend a fifteen (15) day return privilege. Please follow these simple guidelines to speed up this transaction:

Before returning an item, please contact us first by an e-mail at Returns for a Return Authorization number.

The bands to be returned must be in the same brand new and unworn condition with all original packaging and pins (if were supplied). "New and unworn" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the band or clasp; there are absolutely no signs of attempts to put it on the watch, being sized or altered in any way. This is a very important provision of our policy and we are very firm about it, because we do not resell used (even slightly) products, only 100% new genuine bands. It takes approximately 2-3 days to process your refund once the band is back in our possession.

If you would like to RETURN an item for credit - we will refund full purchase price of the item(s), less original shipping, handling and processing costs.
Returns must be sent back prepaid with copy of original receipt; and we recommend a traceable and insurable shipping method offered by major shippers. Please, address packages to:
